Organizational Coaching Logistics
There are unlimited possibilities of how coaching can effectively
be brought into an organization. There are many different scenarios
and structures. Really, it is based upon the needs and desires of
the individual organization.
Ideas of things to look at when considering bringing coaching
into your organization:
- What result is your company looking for?
- What do you want to be different?
- What is the impact you are looking for?
- How will that desired impact be maintained?
- How will you know when the desired impact is reached?
- What tools will be used to measure the success of the program?
- What does success look like?
- How will you enroll and support your employees?
- How committed are you?
These are just several pieces to consider. Once we have an idea
of what your desired result is, we can then design a program and
metrics to match. In many cases, we may do a pilot program in which
you choose a number of individuals to participate who will be open
to coaching and serve as advocates for fellow employees. The
possibilities are unlimited, many variations can be looked at.
The actual fees and logistics of the program will be determined
based upon the size and needs of the organization.
